Job Description

  • Coordinate with the production managers to determine purchasing needs.
  • Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and make sure that other documentation is in order.
  • Establish contact with vendors to check the availability of the required documents.
  • Make sure that the right amount of materials are delivered to the production pallet at the correct time.
  • Review shipments to ensure the quality and quantity of purchased items.
  • Oversee all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors.
  • Handle inventory control activities.


  • Knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience.


  • BSc in Logistics.
