Job Description
- Coordinate with the production managers to determine purchasing needs.
- Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and make sure that other documentation is in order.
- Establish contact with vendors to check the availability of the required documents.
- Make sure that the right amount of materials are delivered to the production pallet at the correct time.
- Review shipments to ensure the quality and quantity of purchased items.
- Oversee all purchase requisitions and handle adjustments with vendors.
- Handle inventory control activities.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good organizational skills.
- Female candidates preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
- BSc in Logistics.
