Job Description
- Monitor employees and coach them effectively.
- Monitor and schedule regular maintenance.
- Oversee production output and review for compliance with specifications.

- Identify issues in efficiency/productivity and suggest improvements.
- Comply with safety guidelines and company standards.
- Determine the quality of products before shipping.
- Establish company policies and guidelines.
- Develop cost-saving strategies and techniques.
- Make sure that production plans are completed by a certain time.
